Trainer
Location: Sanford, FL

Responsibilities Include:
Create and maintain documentation for all online tools and platforms, with particular emphasis on Ticketing and Donor Management products. Provide comprehensive instruction for internal staff and external clients in all phases of our Ticketing and Donor Management system. Develop aggressive training program to ensure partners and staff receive best possible instruction covering JumpTV online tools and platforms. Use varying remote and in-person presentation and teaching strategies to engage all levels of partner and internal staffs. Work closely with JumpTV product and development teams in order that instruction and documentation for new and enhanced products can be deployed in a timely manner. Assist product marketing with maintenance of living document to track and prioritize Ticketing and Donor Management enhancements.

Education:
Bachelor degree or equivalent.

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of related experience with Internet, IT or new media environment.

Director, Editorial and Production
Location: Sanford, FL

The Director Editorial and Production is responsible for all content produced for JumpTV’s own destinations such as www.JumpTV.com and supervises the staff of editors, external journalists and news agencies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage digital content from strategy to execution including seasonal content calendar for all JumpTV sites. • Define and implement content and video strategy to increase audiences to JumpTV’s sites JumpTV.com, sportsya.com, collegesportsdirect.com and cycling.tv • Manage the creation and development of digital content globally and oversee genre, volume and quality of all content produced (text or video) and define areas of priority • Oversee creation and implementation of digital asset publishing processes (video editing, packaging, branding and distribution) • Supervise and manage a team of editors based in Buenoes Aires, London, and Florida • Collaborate with JumpTV brand and marketing managers to ensure that editorials and video asset production meet business objectives and represent product and marketing initiatives • Review, direct, write or edit digital content as needed to ensure SEO, quality and content standards, as well as consistency across category strategies, goals and missions. • Coordinate and manage necessary assets and external resources for production efforts and ensure executional excellence and an innovative approach • Budget and timeline management.

Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Journalism or a related field

Experience:
• Minimum 5 years related experience, including at least 2 years as a web producer, content manager or editor in a corporate setting, ecommerce company or design firm • The ideal candidate will combine a comprehensive knowledge of sports and Hispanic content with a solid track record in online editorial management, including top-notch communication and organizational skills and exceptional writing and editing abilities. • Good knowledge of HTML and Content Management Systems (CMS), web content presentation and the web writing style • Understanding of project management, marketing and sales as they relate to content • Ability to provide creative vision and direction for projects and/or special assignments specific to global teams • Creative and conceptual thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment and make creative calls as necessary • Familiarity with web technology and how it can be leveraged as a communication/business tool • Experience in developing content for sports and/or Hispanic site • Experience in international markets preferred • Fluent Spanish speakers preferred.

Security and Monitoring Administrator
Location: Sanford, FL

The Security and Monitoring Administrator ensures the secure operation of all network systems and infrastructure. This includes checking server and firewall logs, scrutinizing network traffic, establishing and updating virus scans and conducting policy audits. This person will also analyze and resolve attempted security breaches and vulnerability issues in a timely and accurate manner, and conduct user activity audits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for defining, designing, recommending, planning, developing and implementing network security best practices and policies across multiple enterprise-class platforms • Ensures compliance of IT Security Policies, Bill 198, SOX • Manages security devices such as firewall, IPS, VPN, etc • Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement of and change to network security configuration • Provide security oversight for SDLC and change management process • Provide ongoing vulnerability assessments of networks, and make recommendations to effect remediation and improve security • Perform server and network monitoring to insure system operations and security standards • Studies the proliferation of viruses; prevents unauthorized intrusion • Prepare and maintain Security/Disaster Recovery plan for all server hardware and software • Provide regular, concise reports to executive management team.

Education:
• 5-7+ years experience within an Internet-centric network environment • BS/BA Computer Science or related studies or equivalent work experience

Experience:

On-line Marketing Manager
Location: Sanford, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• The online marketing manager will take responsibility for the successful online marketing of JumpTV brands and products including: o Overseeing SEO and SEM activities for Top 40 company brands/products o Development of online media plans and management of search engine marketing and optimization budgets (Either internally or with support of agencies) o Management and optimization of affiliate partner programs o Identification and negotiation of opportunities for banner advertising with key advertising partners on either paid or barter or rev share basis o Tracking results of online marketing efforts using web analytics to attribute revenue to marketing spend and calculate ROI.

Education:
The ideal candidate has a BA in Marketing.

Experience:

User Data Analyst
Location: Sanford, FL

The User Data Analyst has primary responsibility for compiling data for the daily, weekly and monthly reports at JumpTV (www.jumptv.com).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collects, analyzes and reports on data for all JumpTV served destinations (approx. 180) • Responsible for preparing daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting • Analyses and reports on user demographics and other key metrics as required by exec team • Supports analysis of trends and provision of feedback/recommendations to various departments • Supports research on JumpTV’s target groups & products via focus groups and usability tests • Maintains an overall knowledge of JumpTV’s Top Products.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated skills in research.

Experience:

VP/SVP Marketing
Location: Sanford, FL

The VP/SVP of Marketing reports to the President of JumpTV and is part of the executive management team. He/She will be responsible for providing executive leadership and management of the Company’s marketing organization and in-bound and out-bound marketing activities worldwide, which include: Corporate, partner and consumer marketing. The VP/SVP Marketing will drive the Company’s efforts to position itself as a visionary leader in the online video market and to achieve its revenue goals.
This includes:
Driving and implementing marketing and customer experience strategy and plans. Monitoring and optimizing marketing results against KPI’s. This position will supervise Directors and their team members placed in Buenos Aires, London, and Sanford, Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1) Traffic and Subscriber Acquisition: • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue and traffic generation strategy and plan including, but not limited to, product enhancement, placement, packaging and delivery to increase traffic to JumpTV’s site(s) • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy and plan to increase JumpTV’s customer base by defining marketing programs for demand creation and lead generation (affiliate marketing, search engine optimization and marketing, virals) • Direct editorial teams in content production to ensure editorial resources support and benefit traffic and subscriber acquisition generation strategy (text as well as video production). • Manage and deploy consumer marketing initiatives and tactics in traditional media as well as online. • Liaison with various Business Groups within JumpTV to maximize product delivery and efficiency; • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of traffic vs. revenue vs. ROI.

2) Brand Marketing:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand marketing strategy to increase advertising sales, traffic and revenue. • Strategic planning of corporate positioning, market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans, and related product positioning. • Oversee marketing communications including branding, advertising, trade shows, events, collateral, market research management, website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis.

3) Relationship Management:
• Forge and directly manage major accounts with either vendors, distribution and/or marketing partners • Overall management of the marketing aspects and obligations within relationships with advertising, distribution and marketing partners. • Ensure smooth lines of communication surrounding important news, events, marketing plans and successes between internal and external parties.

4) Resource Management:
• Manage and oversee deployment of marketing budgets across Top Product lines to ensure maximum results for financial and human resources. • Develop and oversee administrative procedures and policies which enhance those already in use by the company to support operations. These include the administration of budgets, performance targets, performance measurement tools, management of staff, work flows and communication flows. • Establish and implement short- and long-range goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures for the marketing division. Education Masters Degree in Marketing and minimum of ten years of experience in a senior-level marketing position.

Experience:
1. Leadership • Proven leader in building strong teams and setting clear strategies, goals and metrics while ensuring collaborative team work and excellence • Proven experience leading a global marketing team for a media/content business – ideally in the digital or interactive media segments • Internationally savvy leader with expertise in change management

Customer Support Representative
Location: Sanford, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities include providing customer service to sports Web site users, International online television users and web partners/clients. In addition to customer service, this position assists in updating athletic websites and providing general content maintenance across the entire network. Duties include, but are not limited to, phone/email customer support, using wire copy and photos to update sites, monitoring live event audio/video streaming and live game statistics, and constructing web pages with proprietary software and HTML.

Education
o 2-year Degree in journalism, communications or related field desired; commiserate experience considered

Sr. Manager, Advertising Operations
Location: NY, NY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop new Digital Media Advertising Enhancement Products:
• Work with the Director of Advertising Operations on integration and design of DFP ad server and DSM. • Work closely with the Director of Advertising Operations on various technology enhancement products based on most up to date business trends • Review and execute new product and functionality in the realm of Advertising Operations • Liaison between Ad-Ops Dept and Sales Development, Business Intelligent and Marketing on creating various out-of-the box packages • Work diligently with the Director of Advertising Operations and various teams on implementing and designing the advertising architecture of the websites • Other technology related projects assigned by the Director of Advertising Operations

Develop strong relationships and work effectively with colleagues in a range of internal departments, e.g., Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligent, Creative/Design, Content and Engineering:
• Work with Creative/Design, Marketing and Sales Support teams on design and implementation of micro sites, complicated project and integrated placements, as needed. • Work with Content team regarding client-driven traffic needs, content integration opportunities. • Assist Sales Manager to coordinate client introduction/pass-off with Sales Manager and maintain communication with Sales Manager regarding campaign progress. • Work closely with Inventory Managers to ensure accurate reporting on site traffic (impressions). Effectively project manage clients’ campaign programs within specified timeframes:
• Coordinate all aspects of campaign start-up and campaign changes within the Company. • Effectively manage production issues and timelines, as needed. • Provide feedback and strategy to clients in terms of ad placement, design and marketing programs supporting ad programs.

Monitor and track assigned projects for effectiveness:
• Ensure that traffic reports and other production reports are generated, tracked and analyzed on a regular basis and results shared with Sales Manager, the Ad-Ops team, and the client.

Ad Trafficker Coordinator
Location: NY, NY

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• The role requires the daily use of multiple ad serving systems, managing and tracking campaign delivery, investigating discrepancies, reporting and campaign optimization. • Traffic and manage online advertising campaigns (working with the CSM and CRM) • Implement optimization efforts throughout house/partner ads campaign; manage delivery, testing, and trafficking of ad creative. • Provide support to advertising clients and internal Ad Sales staff. • Maintain/create specs and troubleshoot all creative problems as they arise • Provide sales with reporting and alternative solutions for campaigns at risk Beta test both website launches and new advertising space • Responsible for requesting, receiving, testing, posting, and confirming all materials from outside vendors and internal departments. • Field all ads related questions from clients/agencies/internal. • Report stats to billing department.

Regional Sales Manager
Location: Southwest Region / Texas

Responsible for selling the company’s products, and representing the company in accordance with its policies and in the territory assigned; maintaining an awareness of regional competitive conditions, and for reporting them back promptly to management.

To aggressively solicit orders from prospective and present customers for Network products in assigned territory.
