Before joining JumpTV:
Scott was the former Chairman and CEO of Yorkton Securities, which was Canada's largest
technology and media investment bank from 1995 to 2001 (2000 revenues of $244 million and profit of
$56 million).
Today, Scott is the Director of Lionsgate Entertainment (NYSE:LGF)
and chair of its audit committee. He is also a Director of Rand A Technologies
(TSX:RND) and Chairman of Automa Benefits (TSXV:AUT).
Scott has served the investment industry as both the Vice-Chairman of the Toronto Stock
Exchange and the Chairman of the Toronto Venture Exchange.

Before joining JumpTV:
Nada was the President of the XOS Broadband Network before it was acquired by JumpTV in
September 2007. Previously, she has held positions as General Manager and President of Nokia Canada and also the General Manager of North and South America for Nokia Entertainment & Media. Nada was also at Broadcast.com in its early years before it was acquired by Yahoo! and stayed on with Yahoo! for a few years following the acquisition.

Blair spent nine years as Chief Financial Officer of Burntsand Inc., an e-business solutions provider. Prior to this, he was President of Choreo Systems Inc and also was Chief Financial Officer at Iogen Corporation, a biotech company.

Cynthia was the former Vice President of Human Resources at XOS Broadband Network. Prior to this role, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for Priority Healthcare, a 2B Specialty Pharmacy and Distribution organization. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership positions with Cox Communications, Qualex and Volaris Online.

Amir founded and served as Executive Director of Project Wellness, a leading contract management company providing residential health and fitness services. Amir also founded and served in Directorship roles at Fitual, a professional residential fitness service firm and InnoVending, a music distribution outlet for commercial theatres.

Juan Carlos Estevez

Juan Carlos was a Partner at Recognition Group (RG), a New York-based merchant banking
firm. Prior to RG, he worked with Credit Suisse First, Boston's Private Equity Group in New York.
Juan Carlos has also spent time with Lehman Brothers in New York as an associate in the Latin American Equity Research Group as well as five years at the World Bank Group in various capacities.

Jay Howard

Jay was an in-house lawyer at CTVglobemedia, Canada's largest private media company, where he provided strategic legal advice for the company's television, radio and print divisions. Earlier, he worked at a publicly traded mobile software development company. Jay has also practiced technology, communications and corporate law at McCarthy Tetrault in Toronto.
