Toronto, Canada, August 20, 2007 – JumpTV Inc., (TSX/AIM: JTV) received notification on August 17, 2007 that as of August 9, 2007 Fidelity Management & Research Company’s interest in the Company is now approximately 12.67% of the issued share capital of the Company.

As at July 31, 2007 the Company had 48,772,266 common shares outstanding.
