On-line Marketing Manager
Location: Sanford, FL
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• The online marketing manager will take responsibility for the successful online marketing of JumpTV brands and products including:
o Overseeing SEO and SEM activities for Top 40 company brands/products
o Development of online media plans and management of search engine marketing and optimization budgets (Either internally or with support of agencies)
o Management and optimization of affiliate partner programs
o Identification and negotiation of opportunities for banner advertising with key advertising partners on either paid or barter or rev share basis
o Tracking results of online marketing efforts using web analytics to attribute revenue to marketing spend and calculate ROI.
Education:
The ideal candidate has a BA in Marketing.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of working experience in online marketing (preferably for online subscription and/or paid content)
• Background in sports or college sports required
• Solid understanding of online consumer marketing: SEO, SEM and Affiliate programs
* Experience with Affiliate networks like TradeDoubler and Commission Junction
• Experience with online performance-based marketing including Google, Yahoo, and other PPC vendors
• Ability/experience in promoting and program live and on-demand events online
• Experience prospecting, developing and managing vendor and partner relationships;
• Experience with email marketing;
• Experience tracking and calculating ROI from online marketing spends and the ability to translate numbers, statistics, and spreadsheets into executive summaries and recommendations for management team;
• Passion and understanding of the collegiat sports market segment
• Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentation;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to successfully manage projects with different partners and teams in different time zones, both externally and internally
• Self-motivated, independent manager used to developing creative problem-solving in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Customer Support Representative
Location: Sanford, FL
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary responsibilities include providing customer service to sports Web site users, International online television users and web partners/clients. In addition to customer service, this position assists in updating athletic websites and providing general content maintenance across the entire network. Duties include, but are not limited to, phone/email customer support, using wire copy and photos to update sites, monitoring live event audio/video streaming and live game statistics, and constructing web pages with proprietary software and HTML.
Education:
o 2-year Degree in journalism, communications or related field desired; commiserate experience considered
Experience:
o Mac and PC experience preferred
o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
o Able to negotiate and multitask between many varying priorities
o Solid copy editing skills
o Basic HTML knowledge
o Night, weekend and holiday work
o Attention to detail
o Collegiate sports information or journalism experience desired
o Experience with online streaming formats helpful
o Customer Service experience a plus
o Email or call center support experience a plus
Trainer (Technology)
Location: Sanford, FL
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Create and maintain documentation for all online tools and platforms, with particular emphasis on Titan and website management products.
Provide comprehensive instruction for internal staff and external clients in all phases of our Titan and website management system.
Develop aggressive training program to ensure partners and staff receive best possible instruction covering JumpTV online tools and platforms.
Use varying remote and in-person presentation and teaching strategies to engage all levels of partner and internal staffs.
Work closely with JumpTV product and development teams in order that instruction and documentation for new and enhanced products can be deployed in a timely manner.
Assist product marketing with maintenance of living document to track and prioritize Ticketing and Donor Management enhancements.
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 2 years of related experience with Internet, IT or new media environment.
Web Developer
Location: Sanford, FL
Required Experience:
• 3-5 yrs server-side scripting: ASP, ColdFusion, JSP, or PHP
• 3-5 yrs SQL
• HTML, Javascript, CSS
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
Preferred Experience:
• Oracle experience
• Flash development with Actionscript 2
• Flex
• Perl
• Experience using development frameworks (Fusebox, any MVC methodology, etc)
• Experience with stored procedures, PL/SQL, complex queries, large datasets
