TORONTO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/26/07 --
(AIM: JTV) announces, pursuant to AIM disclosure requirements, that in
connection with the Company's announced normal course issuer bid which commenced
on Thursday, August 23, 2007, that on November 23, 2007 the Company acquired
24,500 common shares at an average price of Cdn$2.00 per share. The shares
purchased will be cancelled and the number of common shares outstanding as at
today's date, giving effect to this cancellation, is 49,176,995.
